Joy Mining

We have provided a contract design and manufacturing facility for Joy Mining, for several years, products include intrinsically safe digital opto-barriers, intrinsically safe PLC’s and Earth leakage units

Intermec Technologies Corporation

We have modified the design of Hand Held Scanner units to comply with European intrinsically safe certification requirements. We have also designed a Flameproof Access Point to communicate via radio with the Hand Held Scanner.

Both products are also manufactured by Davis Derby.

Cisco Systems

We have designed and obtained the necessary certification for a Flameproof Radio Base station.

Siemens Traffic Ltd

We have designed an RFID traffic light control system jointly with Siemens. The equipment also manufactured by Davis Derby, is now in use in most major cities in the UK.

Salem Automation Ltd

We have designed an RFID multi-read personnel tracking system jointly with Salem Engineering, which is for use on oil and gas platforms to track the movement of personnel.
