Davis Derby has many years experience in the design, manufacture, assembly and testing of electronic products and systems for industrial application.  We also specialise in adapting existing technology for use in heavy duty industrial environments and in hazardous environments where equipment needs to be certified to EEx, CENELEC or ATEX standards.

We continue to invest in technology and manufacturing techniques, and manage our business to ISO 9001 standards.  We provide extensive training for our staff, and are an Investor in People.  We aim to work with you as your business partner and take a continuous improvement approach to all projects whether large or small, taking on whatever aspects of your project you need us to and where we can deliver the best results.

Component and assembly inspection

We have our own in-house PCB design and manufacturing facility, where we can produce both in short batches and in volume; always offering a total, on-time, on-budget service which ranges from component sourcing to automated system test.

We offer both conventional and surface mount PCB design and assembly services.
