Could be faulty sleep timer, not as common if sleep timer is fitted with green/orange wire. If the sleep timer is suspected then if the truck cuts out 10-20 secs after engine “start” (or cranking) then it is almost certainly a low battery in the sleep timer/voltage stabiliser.
If sleep timer does have green/orange wire fitted check the fuse has not blown.
TRUCK WON’T START/ NOT LOGGING ON.
CHECK:
Check fuses have not blown.
Has driver pressed sleep timer button if 12v truck?
Check for good negative on truck on DD system.

Check for damage or incorrect positioning of micro-switches / proximity switches etc.
Truck will not log on if batt. monitor is not seen.
Check for loose connections e.g. pins to interface, loose wires, bad crimping, dry soldered joints, burnt or squashed wires.
