How it works

AI algorithms recognise any human forms that are in danger of coming into contact with moving equipment and prevent accidents by alerting the operator to the danger.

Once the AI camera detects a human form, rather than other machinery, there is an audible warning to both drivers and pedestrians, AI-ALERT can be fitted to any vehicle within warehouses, plants and sites.

HD Camera

We use waterproof, dustproof and shock resistant cameras that use high quality video footage (not still images) which dramatically reduces false alerts. The camera scans and detects all objects around it, and the smart technology will only alert the operator to pedestrians entering the danger recognition zones. By filtering out objects other than humans, the system reduces unnecessary distractions for the plant operator.

Driver Alert

A simple and user-friendly LED visual and audio alert warning system within the cab provides alerts for the driver of a pedestrian in close proximity.

Unique Safety Detection Zones

Each machine or vehicle can be fully customised with camera and zone configuration that suits the operating environment.

The AI cameras can be positioned at optimal locations and angles to capture every angle and activity, while the sensors act as a trigger, detecting unauthorised activity and alerting the operator immediately.
